Sara White, LCSW

Sara has always wanted to help those around her. When receiving her bachelor's of psychology, she was afforded the opportunity in Pennsylvania to intern for a nonprofit organization as a social worker. Sparking her interest in the subject, this led to Sara obtaining her Master's of Social Work.

During her graduate program, Sara worked as a school adjustment counselor and a mental health therapist servicing a wide range of diversified clients. She mainly utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy with an individual and in group settings. Sara is looking forward to her work on the island, and when she is not on the clock, you can find her enjoying nature.
