Brands, KFC, Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, and Wingstop, while also supporting mission-driven organizations through fundraising communications, donor engagement, and strategic storytelling. Known for blending data-driven strategy with compelling narrative, Belen has overseen multimillion-dollar campaigns, launched brands in new global markets, and led high-performing teams across more than 35 countries. Her leadership helped transform Little Caesars’ Latin America & Caribbean region into the company’s second-largest global market, earning multiple international leadership awards.
