Lauren Telinde

Lauren joined the Fairwinds team in March 2024 as the Development Manager. She graduated with a BSW and a minor in Nonprofit Studies from James Madison University. Lauren is dedicated to advancing Fairwinds' mission by fostering meaningful relationships with donors and supporting the organization's growth through creative fundraising strategies. Lauren has always been drawn to nonprofit work, driven by her desire to make a positive impact in people's lives. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with friends, exploring new restaurants, and embracing her creative side through various hobbies.
