Michelle Meckler, LMHC

Michelle Meckler, LMHC, a 2011 graduate of Lesley University’s Professional Counseling Psychology program, started working at Fairwinds in 2011 as both an outpatient and in-home therapist. Michelle has a history of working with underserved populations, starting with the African Refugee Center in London. She originally planned a career in International Human Rights Law during her undergraduate studies; however, marriage was a road to Nantucket. Feeling welcomed and at home in the Nantucket community for many years, she considered the island to be a healthy environment to raise a young child. Michelle, also a Spanish speaker, currently resides in Vermont but values her connection to Nantucket and meets with all her clients remotely.
