Terry Schubach

Terry has a background in psychology including a masters in counseling psychology from Boston College. She started her career working with children, adolescents and their families in residential placement and school settings. Terry transitioned from human services to the business world where she continued to use her psychology background. She worked as a management consultant focusing on training and development in sales, customer service, management development, communications skills, and organizational development, Terry has worked with a variety of organizations as a volunteer as well as a board member.  Included on that list would be:  United Cerebral Palsy, Boston Jewish Community Center, The Faulkner Sagov Breast Cancer Center, Friends of Beth Israel, Facing History, Shirat Hayam(Nantucket), Theatre Workshop of Nantucket, and Brookline Food Pantry. I am looking forward to learning more about Fairwinds and lending a hand to enhance the outreach, awareness, and effectiveness of this much needed organization on Nantucket.
